Mike Noble, innkeeper of Normandy Inn & Suites in downtown Minneapolis, recently reopened the hotel’s restaurant. The hotel and restaurant that has been in Nobles family for three generations.
The restaurant chain is trying out a made-to-order pizza concept in place of its U.S. Bank Plaza shop.
